Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Last Agent Pro, including lastagentpro.com and the Last Agent Pro iPhone app. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Who it is for

Last Agent Pro is for licensed real estate professionals who are 18 or older. You are responsible for holding any license you need and for following the rules of your state, your MLS and your brokerage.

Your account

You sign in with Apple, Google or an emailed code. Keep your sign in methods and your phone secure. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

Your content

You own the photos, video, text and other material you add. You give us permission to store it, process it, and use it to provide the service to you, including drafting, producing and publishing content on your behalf. You promise that you have the right to use what you add and that it does not break the law or anyone’s rights.

You are responsible for everything that is published under your name. Check it before it goes out. Rules about advertising, fair housing, licensing disclosures and what you may say or show in marketing are your responsibility. We offer tools, not legal or compliance advice.

Connected accounts

When you connect an account such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, your calendar or your email, you allow Last Agent Pro to act on that account as you set it up. You must follow that platform’s own terms. Platforms can change or withdraw access at any time, and we cannot control that.

AI-assisted content

Parts of the service use AI to help draft scripts, captions and other text. AI can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing anything it produces before you use or publish it.

Subscription and payment

Last Agent Pro is a paid service, billed on our website, not through the App Store. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown to you before you pay. A subscription renews until you cancel, and you can cancel from your account at any time. Cancelling stops future charges. Taxes may apply. We may change prices for future billing periods, and we will tell you before a change takes effect.

What you may not do

• Use the service to break the law or to post misleading, discriminatory or harmful material.
• Try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
• Share your account with other people or resell the service without our written agreement.
• Copy or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

Our property

The Last Agent Pro name, logo, tagline and software belong to us. These terms do not give you any right to them except the right to use the service as described here.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

The service as provided

We work hard to make Last Agent Pro dependable, but we provide it as is and as available, and we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error free, or that any platform will accept or distribute your content. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will update the date above and let you know in the app or by email. Using the service after a change means you accept it.
