Privacy Policy

Last Agent Pro (the website at lastagentpro.com and the Last Agent Pro iPhone app) helps real estate agents plan, record and publish content. This page says what we collect, why, who sees it, and how you can delete it. We wrote it in plain words on purpose.

What we collect

• Sign in. When you sign in with Apple or Google we get a stable account identifier and your email address (Apple may give a private relay address). If you use an emailed code, we get the email you type. We never see or store a password from Apple or Google, and we do not use passwords at all.
• Your profile. What you enter: your name, brand name, phone, the email clients use, your license number, brokerage, MLS and the territories you work.
• Your content. What you add in the app: homes you shoot, flyers and handouts, video clips, photos, scripts, captions and the status of each piece of content.
• Your phones. For each phone you sign in on, a device name and the dates it was added and last used.
• Connections. If you connect an account such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, your calendar or your email, we store the access that platform gives us so the app can act for you. You choose what to connect and can disconnect at any time.
• Billing. Payments are handled by our payment processor. We receive your plan and whether it is current. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical data. Our servers keep ordinary logs, such as the time of a request and any error, to keep the service running and secure.

How we use it

• To run your account and show your profile where you ask us to.
• To plan, write, produce and publish content for you.
• To send you account messages, such as a sign in code or a billing notice.
• To keep the service secure and fix problems.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with data brokers.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers who process data for us and only for that purpose: web hosting (Vercel), our database (Neon), email delivery (Resend), payments, and AI services that help draft scripts and captions from the content and details you provide. If you connect Google, Meta (Instagram and Facebook) or TikTok, we exchange data with them only as needed to do what you asked, such as posting a video you approved or reading your calendar.

Google user data

Last Agent Pro’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide the features you turned on, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not allow people to read it except as needed to give support, for security, or where the law requires.

Posts to social platforms

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, we publish only the content you approve, to the account you connected. We follow each platform’s rules for the data we receive from it.

How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is open. When you delete your account we delete your profile, content, connections and phone sign ins. Some records may stay in backups for a short time, and we may keep what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.

Deleting your data

You can disconnect any connected account from the Connections page at any time. To delete your account and your data, email support@lastagentpro.com from the email on your account, and we will do it and confirm. If you used Facebook or Instagram to connect, you can also remove Last Agent Pro in that platform’s settings, and we will delete the access we held.

Security

Sign in is handled by Apple, Google or a one-time emailed code. Phone and session tokens are stored only as one-way hashes or in signed cookies. Data travels over encrypted connections. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if something affects your data.

Children

Last Agent Pro is for licensed real estate professionals and is not for anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date above and tell you in the app or by email.
